NOTE: At least 3 professional references will be requested of final candidates (at least 2 must be related to Drupal site development work successfully completed within the last 12 months)

Decision Counsel is seeking a mid-level Drupal 6 developer with strong theming experience. Must be proficient in current HTML and CSS standards as well as JavaScript. Candidate must have proven experience and verifiable references theming and customizing feature-rich, mid-to-large scale Drupal 6 sites.

This is a contract position available immediately and will start as soon as we identify the right candidate.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Drupal 6 theme customization
  • PHP
  • Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX (jQuery framework preferred)
  • Graphic cut-up and optimization using Adobe Photoshop CS3/CS4 or ImageReady CS2
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience developing and debugging cross-browser and cross-platform web interfaces, including mobile devices
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
