With over 18 years in strategic marketing and sales positions, Sal brings a wealth of experience to our client engagements. Before founding Decision Counsel, he served as President of Liquid Thinking, a professional services firm focused on accelerating venture-backed enterprises. Prior to Liquid Thinking, Sal was a Managing Partner for USWeb/CKS, where he lead client engagements with Novell, IBM, Televisa, Sega and Mazda. During his tenure at USWeb/CKS, Sal was responsible for building over $70,000,000 in client relationships. Previously, Sal served as Director of Sales and Marketing for Motorola and Acer America. A gifted speaker and facilitator, Sal leads our Strategic Framework programs that empowers executive management off-sites, strategic planning meetings, sales training and product development planning.

His Decision Counsel engagements include Computerworld, DEMO Conference, MacWorld, Popular Science, Hanley Wood, Station Casinos, Slashdot, LSI Logic and Palm.

Brad is Managing Director of Client Services, Strategy. He has a proven track record of with over 20 years of business and marketing leadership experience in Silicon Valley.

Prior to Decision Counsel, he was Senior Partner at Kodiak Group, a Sales Consultancy focused on technology and healthcare companies. Brad has worked with clients such as Intuit, Ecova, ARRIS, Microsoft, Fujitsu, Dunn and Bradstreet - driving product strategy as well as messaging. He has also held senior management positions at Resonate, Purisma, Diffusion, Compaq and Borland. Brad has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Berkeley.

Moge began working with Decision Counsel as an independent contractor in 2005. He officially joined the company in 2008 as Art Director, Rich Media, and has served as Managing Director of Rich Media since the fall of 2008. Previous to his stint as an independent contractor, Moge worked with Publicis & Hal Riney, a full-service advertising agency based in San Francisco.

Moge attended The Portfolio Center School for Design in Atlanta, Georgia and began his career in 1996 as an Art Director specializing in Print Design. In 1997 Moge began working with Adobe Flash and has developed his skill set as the technology has evolved from a simple animation tool into a full-fledged programming tool.

Moge has served as Managing Director of Rich Media on numerous projects for clients including Builder Concept Home 2010, Palm, Printroom, Computerworld, Infoworld and Tacos & Tequila.

With over 11 years of web development experience, Jim brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our client engagements. Jim has been Senior Web Developer at Decision Counsel since March of 2010. Before joining Decision Counsel, he served as Senior Web Developer at Tippit in San Francisco. A native of the Bay Area, Jim has worked with several Bay Area companies, including Adteractive and O-Line Sports where his clients included the San Jose SaberCats and Cal State Northridge. A talented and dedicated developer, Jim leads our technical team in all steps of development and implementation.

His Decision Counsel engagements include Golden Gaming, AMAWaterways and NAVC. Jim is also leading the development of the new Hanley Wood iPhone Application.

From an early age, Todd loved to draw and paint. This affinity led him to attend the Kansas City Art Institute, where he earned a BFA in Printmaking in 2002. Around this time, the internet was being invented. That, and the aversion to being a “starving” artist led him to focus his creativity on digital prospects and a career in design.

He found himself working for publishing companies in Kansas City, designing mostly in print for variety of clients from Jewelry catalogs to NASCAR, as well as magazines, advertising, and corporate identity.

As it became evident that the internet was not going to fail like everyone predicted, he decided that he should focus some of his time on learning to develop his talents in the realm of “cyberspace”. He taught himself Flash and Actionscript programming, HTML and CSS, and also how to work on cars. The web design skills eventually paid off and he found himself working in the land of Journalism, putting those skills to use designing interactive media features, news and enterainment websites, and overseeing the general creative needs for the online journalism half of the newsroom.

Years later, after landing in San Francisco and joining Decision Counsel - abandoning the world of print design and journalism - he is helping drive the company in all creative pursuits, as well as their endeavors into the world of mobile apps and websites.

Todd currently lives in San Francisco, CA - while also leading a double life in his hometown of Kansas City, MO, where he frequently visits his son Carson, who also loves to draw and paint.

Wrigley Fuentes has been Chief Morale Officer for Decision Counsel for 3 years. Prior to Decision Counsel, Wrigley attended the distinguished Sunshine Bernese Academy in Redding, CA, graduating with honors. During his tenure at Decision Counsel, Wrigley has proved an indispensable member of the team, ensuring a lively workplace with plenty of belly rubs and doggie high fives. In addition to his position at Decision Counsel, Wrigley is also committed to continuing his doggie education at Kamp K9 where he has earned the distinction of “Kamikaze Kamper” multiple times. He is also an accomplished male model, being the face of Ross Dress For Less’ Pet Products Section. In his spare time, Wrigley enjoys long walks on the beach with his dad, napping in the conference room and plenty of treats.
